While I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Erica, Danny was the epitome of a great real estate agent. He was prompt, always courteous, and with this old lady, very patient. My daughter was the purchaser of the home for her father and I. We needed to relocate to a new area and a home where there were no stairs. Danny did a lot of research as well as did we. We did a lap of four homes in just over 90 minutes. He gave up his Sunday time to accommodate our out of town schedule. He was available all during the sale process. He even made time for me to come back and check it out again to be positive that this was the home for us, available another time to let me do measurements. This is the type of service that makes a great reputation. In my pre retirement years, I involved in the service industry and feel qualified in saying that this young man will be head and shoulders above the competition.

They handled two properties for us .... they always called to let us know all comments after each open house. No matter what we asked for they couldn’t be more helpful! We needed a few things fixed, they had maintenance people there within no time and fair pricing! Advised us on several movers that we interviewed - all good! The care and understanding were important to us as we loved our home, but it was time to downsize... we can’t say enough about this company.... they are professional, accommodating and they get the house SOLD! Erica and Danny Jacobs are a fabulous duo. They each have their unique qualities which enhance their ability to provide great customer service. They are first class people that work for the seller no matter what time of day or night. When selling our home, we requested visitors for face coverings. Erica provided a sign outside our front door requesting everyone to please wear a face covering and also provide us with a box of masks in case someone did not have one. This is only one small example of the team working for and with the seller. You must meet them both to realize you have an advocate on your side to sell your home.
